STAINLESS STEEL VANDAL RESISTANT PANELS
Owing to their stainless steel 316L brushed
(thickness 2,5 mm) construction, these push button panels are
particularly resistant to abrasion, and effects of bad weather
conditions. Push buttons are in stainless steel 316L and they do not
protrude out of the plate; moreover they run in an accurate slide
guide (tolerance 0,1 mm), in stainless steel 316L too, that makes it
hard to force them open. Also the name card holder made of
polycarbonate (thickness 5 mm), is vandal resistant.The
grill (with holes) has on the rear part an anti-breaking barrier (a
stainless steel grill) to protectthe
electric porter from vandalism. Screws are "Torks" model, with a
central check pin, to avoid the insertion of different screwdriver;
they are in stainless steel 18/10; each panel is supplied together
with a special "Torks" key to unscrew. Embedding boxes are in
galvanized sheet iron 1 mm thick. Protections and hoods are in
brushed stainless steel. Contacts are one of the most important
components of this kind of push button panel: they are independent
both from the front plate and from the box, and they are
self-adjustable. We can realize on demand push buttons of special
measures or to meet special needs: with separate contact returns,
with video (based upon the model of video the panel must be
prepared), divided by stairs ...
