This kind of push button panel meets the wholesalers' requirement to reduce as much as possible stock-in-trade, mantaining the possibility to create a wide range of compositions, using a limited number of items. After considering installation problems, these push button panels now simplify and accellerate installer's job. The modules are inserted in the module-frame by pressure and the whole module-frame is fixed to the embedding box. The module-frame also has two hinges in the left-hand side corner, in order to allow easy access and electric connection, as the cables can be very short. Boxes can be put side by side using joints (2cm thickness) supplied together with the embedding box.
This model has aluminium modules, plastic embedding box and gain joints to place side by side various panels; complete with frames, hoods or protection to protect it from the rain.
This line of modular panels has a unique design both for panels and push buttons and they have the same features and accessories of aluminium modular.
It is the strongest modular: front in stainless steel 316L, thickness 25/10, metal embedding box with metal gain joints, 4 Torks screws to fix the plate on the box, push button armour-plated.
These models are completely compatible with the embedded boxes used in the aluminium version.
Opaque inox PVD modular panels -----> modules (thickness 2,5 mm) and push buttons are in stainless steel 316L, particularly resistant to abrasion, scratches and effects of bad weather conditions. These Modules are characterized by a Titanium Hydride surface treatment, push buttons and screws are treated in the same way.
Burnished inox PVD modular panels -----> frontal plate features are the same of opaque PVD panels but with a better aesthetical output of PVD treatment, they are characterized by a better superficial quality.
All modular panels already presented (1-2-3-4) can be inserted on an upright made in aluminium with die casted zama feet or stainless steel aisi316L with stainless steel feet.
They are made of anodised aluminium, with draining board to protect from the rain.
This model is at an intermediate level between the vandal proof push button panels in a single plate (sturdy and easy to install) and the modular panels (aesthetic and easy to compose).
