Push button panels with a single plate

(1) (2) (3)(4)(5)

The push button panels can house any kind of  electric porter on the market, as they have a spacer system that is self-adjustable in any position. The production colour is natural anodized aluminium and on request we can also supply a lot of colours. (for details please download  PDF catalogues).

Boxes (3)

Embedded boxes are in galvanized sheet iron 10/10 thickness. Protections and hoods are in natural oxidised aluminium for aluminium front plate, in stainless steel for stainless steel front versions and in gold polished and oxidised aluminium for inox PVD  front versions.

Contacts (3)

Contacts are one of the most important component of push button panel: they are independent both from the front plate and from the box and the most important advantage is that they are self-adjustable. Inserted the box in the wall and the contact in the screws coming out from the bottom of the box, the installer can connect the contact. Thereafter, the front plate must be fixed to the box (already walled up and connected) using the proper fixing screws and trying to keep the plate sticking to the wall. In this way the contact is attracted to the rear part of the front plate until the right distance is reached; at this point levers, wich press on the front panel, will merge with the screws obtaining a stable and solid fixing. This system permits the contact to work properly even if the box has been mounted too depth (until 15mm).

Panel made to measure

In some cases, in order to meet special requirements, we can make push button panels having special arrangements: divided for stair cases, with lithography or illuminating name card... As the price for these special arrangements depends on measure and varies according the kind of arrangement, we always recomend to ask for an estimate.
